Smoke exhaust ring axial fan according to EN 12101-3

  • Consists of 9 sizes with impeller diameter from 400 up to 1000mm.

The fans of the RING-HT line have been designed to be employed in all the plants where it is prescribed the necessity to guarantee the smoke extraction in environments as car parks, commercial centers, hospitals, theatres, museums, buildings etc.

RING-HT fans have been designed and manufactured according to the European Directive EN 12101-3 obtaining the certification from an authorized autonomous certification body. This line is suitable to work in continuous at the temperature of 40°C and in case of emergency (fire) at the temperature of 400

 Duct-M-HT

Smoke exhaust ducted axial fan according to EN 12101-3

The fans of the DUCT-M-HT line have been designed to be employed in all the plants where it is prescribed the necessity to guarantee the smoke extraction in environments as car parks, commercial centers, hospitals, theatres, museums, buildings etc.

  • Available in 15 sizes with impeller diameter from 310 up to 1600 mm.

DUCT-M-HT fans have been designed and manufactured according to the European Directive EN 12101-3 obtaining the certification from an authorized autonomous certification body. This line is suitable to work in continuous at the temperature of 40°C and in case of emergency (fire) at the temperature of:

  • 200°C for 120 minutes (F200)
  • 300°C for 60 minutes (F300) – per 120 minuti (F300/120)
  • 400°C for 120 minutes (F400)

  • Casing in epoxy painted steel sheet.
    Impeller with high efficiency airfoil blades, variable pitch angle in still position, in cast aluminum. Balancing according UNI ISO 21940-11 norm.
  • Asynchronous three phase electric motor, IP 55, mounting B3, construction conformed to IEC/ EEC norms, suitable and certified to work at the temperature of 40°C in continuous service and 200°C, 300°C, 400°C for 120 minutes or 300°C for 60 minutes in case of fire emergency.
  • Arrangement 4 (impeller directly coupled with motor shaft).
  • DUCT-ML: long casing. Motor/ impeller assembly completely “included” in the length of the casing.
  • DUCT-Mm: medium casing. Motor slightly protruding from the casing, free access for electrical connection.

The horizontal discharge roof fan line ROOF-CM-HT are destined to the plants requiring the evacuation of fire smokes, in environments like underground car parks, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, theatres, museums, etc. This series is designed and manufactured according to the European directive EN 12101-3 obtaining the certification by an Autonomous Qualified Certification Institute. ROOF-CM-HT fans are suitable to convey clean air and non dusty smokes up to the maximum temperature of 200°C in continuous service and in case of fire emergency at the temperature of 400°C for 120 minutes (F400)

 

  • Available in 7 sizes with impeller diameter from 400 up to 800 mm, and 4, 6, 8 pole motors.
  • Backward curved blade impeller, high efficiency in galvanized steel sheet.

The vertical discharge roof fan line ROOF-CMV-HT are destined to the plants requiring the evacuation of fire smokes, in environments like underground car parks, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, theatres, museums, etc. This series is designed and manufactured according to the European directive EN 12101-3 obtaining the certification by an Autonomous Qualified Certification Institute. ROOF-CMV-HT fans are suitable to convey clean air and non dusty smokes up to the maximum temperature of 60°C in continuous service and in case of fire emergency at the temperature of 400°C for 120 minutes (F400)

 

  • Available in 6 sizes with impeller diameter from 400 up to 710 mm, and 4, 6, 8 pole motors.

The vertical discharge roof fan line ROOF-HP are destined to the plants requiring the evacuation of fire smokes, in environments like underground car parks, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, theatres, museums, etc. This series is designed and manufactured according to the European directive EN 12101-3 certified by an Autonomous Qualified Certification Institute. ROOF-HP fans are suitable to convey clean air and non dusty smokes up to the maximum temperature of 200°C in continuous service and in case of fire emergency at the temperature of 400°C for 120 minutes (F400) or 600°C for 120 minutes (F600).

  • Available in 9 sizes with impeller diameter from 400 up to 1000 mm.

The roof fans of this series are characterized by a construction much more robust than the others commonly present in the market and they are therefore particularly suitable for heavy duty applications. The backward curved welded impeller and the thermo-isolated motor with external ventilation allow the real operation in continuous service up to 200°C. They can also get very high performances, up to 52.000 mc/h and 1300Pa

  • External conveyor in aluminum, support plate with inlet cone in steel sheet. Protection coating RAL 7040.
  • Backward curved blade impeller, in steel sheet, designed to guarantee the maximum efficiency and low noise level. Balanced according to UNI EN-ISO 21940-11 degree G 6.3 .

BD-BOX-HT

The BD-BOX-HT line is destined to plants requiring the evacuation of fire smokes in environments like underground car parks, shopping
malls, hospitals, schools, theatres, museums, etc.
This series is designed and manufactured according to the European directive EN 12101-3 obtaining the certification by an Autonomous Qualified Certification Institute. BD-BOX-HT are suitable to convey clean air and non dusty smokes up to the maximum temperature of 150°C in continuous service or in case of fire emergency at the temperature of 400°C for 120 minutes (F400).

  • For installation outside the fire compartment.
  • Available in 9 sizes from 2.500 up to 48.000 mc/h
  • Dismountable cabinet in galvanized steel sheet.
  • Double inlet impeller with forward curved blades (sirocco) in galvanized steel sheet.

The BOX-HT line are destined to plants requiring the evacuation of fire smokes in environments like underground car parks, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, theatres, museums, etc.
This series is designed and manufactured according to the European directive EN 12101-3 obtaining the certification by an Autonomous Qualified Certification Institute. BOX-HT are suitable to convey clean air and non dusty smokes up to the maximum temperature of 200°C in continuous service or in case of fire emergency at the temperature of 400°C for 120 minutes (F400).

  • For installation outside the fire compartment.
  • Available in 6 sizes with impeller from 250 mm to 500 mm
  • Dismountable cabinet in galvanized steel sheet. Double inlet impeller with forward curved blades (sirocco) in galvanized steel sheet.
  • Belt coupling with self aligning supports, outside the airflow. Height adjustable motor support plate for the tensioning of the belt. Belt coupling is protected by a guard in galvanized sheet.
  • Asynchronous three-phase motor, IP 55 mechanical protection, insulation class F, single or double polarity, suitable for S1 service, mounting type B3, construction according to IEC/EEC (UNEL MEC).

SMOFIL

Pressurisation kit

The smoke filter room is a room, an environment properly sealed and delimited by structures with fire resistance REI, equipped with 2 or more REI doors, which are over-pressure to prevent the smoke generated by the fire from entering inside, thus making safe and free from smoke the escape route of people in transit.

The system is normally connected to the general fire detection system or to a dedicated smoke detection system. In that in case the fan starts instantaneously upon receipt of a fire alarm. The fan can also be started manually using pushbuttons or, for most versions, always kept running.
The pressurisation system over-pressures the area by sucking in uncontaminated air from outside, or from a safe Area or from dedicated fresh air inlet through a circular or rectangular air intake duct protected against fire and in compliance with the regulations in force by preventing that, during the emergency exodus, the smoke of the fire penetrates into the environment constituting the smoke filter zone.

The SMOFIL pressurisation kit is a simple and reliable system to create a smoke-proof fireproof zone inside a positive pressure compared to that existing in the environment at risk of fire.
The DM 30-11-83 and the DM 3 August 2015 (the new Consolidated Act) prescribe an overpressure zone of at least 0.30 mbar (30 Pa).
The SMOFIL kit, thanks to the power of the electro-fans used, is able to reach this ΔP value rapidly, under 1 second. In the absence of mains current, during the certified test, it kept the overpressure in the filter above 0.30 mbar for a time close to 3 hours. The SMOFIL kit is provided as standard with a safety device consisting of a pressure switch programmable differential “pressure switch” which stops the electro-fan in the event that the pressure inside the filter reaches values ​​beyond those allowed for easy opening of the doors for exodus purposes and reactivating it as soon as the pressure decreases by at least 0.20 mbar (UNI EN 12101.6 standard and Fire Prevention Act DM 3-8-2015). A delivery nozzle with adjustable flaps allows air flow adjustment. The system foresees an internal installation and protected from atmospheric agents. The selection, the position and quantity of SMOFIL needed are under the responsibility of the designer of the prevention and control system
fires.

The SMOFIL kit uses fans of different capacities and heads, with special long-life brushes: up to 7,500 hours (mod.15), up to 10,000 hours (mod.30) or brushless technology up to 40,000 / 50,000 hours of average life (mod.35)
