Active induction cassette beams are an ideal way to reduce the overall energy consumption assuring utmost level of comfort. unlike fancoils, Induction chilled beams do not incorporate any fan assembly. By decentralising the cooling and heating, the induction beams work with higher water temperatures (eg. 16/19C) in cooling and lower water conditions in heating (eg. 27/24C). by decentralising the comfort in cooling and heating, the entire primary air temperatures will change to a degree that can reduce the entire loads and footprint of the Air handling and air conditioning system. Each room or Zone can be managed separately by a room controller in corporation with CO2, presence detectors to reduce the requirements only when needed.

Horizontal Induction unit designed specifically for rooms with single and double use above the door entrances in Hotel rooms or hospitals.
Available in 3 length of 900, 1200 and 1500mm, width of 700 mm and height 200 mm, for installation in false ceilings.
Incorporates air discharge grille available in different designs, for horizontal air diffusion Coanda effect air mixture (primary and secondary). Induction grille available in different designs, hinged or removable for battery cleaning purpose. The unit integrates inner plenum nozzles sizes of Small, Medium and Large for supply of primary air. Internal water battery in horizontal position in 2 configuration of 2 and 4 pipes for 2-Pipe Cooling, 2-Pipe Changeover or 4 pipe cooling and heating. Water batteries have copper piping connections outside of the unit in diameter 12 mm and with aluminium fins. Provided with a primary air connection Ø 124 mm diameter front.
Supply and return air grilles made of aluminium profiles, Induction unit casing and connections are manufactured entirely in galvanised sheet steel. The unit is provided with fixing brackets as standard to facilitate the installations. the visible Grilles and accessories are as standard painted in RAL 9016 Mat, or in anodised satin finish.
Optionally IHK can be equipped with control valves, dew point sensor. Accessories such as room temperature sensors, CO2 sensors and presence sensors can be supplied on demand.

Passive chilled beams, model VPK, without supply air, are used for cooling in a room. As in all water conditioning systems, choosing passive chilled beam has the energy benefits of using water as a vehicle to carry the cooling power to the rooms. The type VPK passive chilled beam comprises a casing and a cooling coil with connection flanges.
Casing and perforated metal facing are of galvanised steel sheet, cooling coil has copper tubes with formed aluminium fins and galvanised flanges. They can be integrated with luminaries, speakers, etc. The standard surface finish is white RAL 9016 Mat powder-coated, other RAL colours can be supplied on request.
