Constant Volume Controllers

Adjustable low volume constant volume regulator

KCRK

The circular constant flow control damper KCRK, is an adjustable constant air volume controller that functions independently of system pressure and without an external power supply.

It can be considered “self-regulating” at pressures between 50 and 250 Pa, thus maintaining the necessary air volume flow. Consequently, this air volume regulator make costly system balancing unnecessary by ensuring constant air volume. It includes an adjustment device to manually adjust the factory-set air volume flow on site.

Available as standard from size Ø80 to Ø250 adjusting air volumes of 22 to 720 m3/h.

Adjustable circular constant volume regulator

RCCK

Constant air volume regulator, model RCCK for supply or return air application. Auto-regulated, independently of system pressure.
Casing and damper made in galvanised sheet steel. Provides the required flow rate with high accuracy, easily adjustable to any other volume requires on site.

Minimum required inlet pressure of 50 Pa. Can be installed horizontally or vertically. It can incorporate an external thermo-acoustic insulated casing of 50mm thickness (RCCK-D).

Available as standard from size Ø80 to Ø400 adjusting air volumes of 40 to 5000 m3/h.

Adjustable rectangular constant volume regulator

RCQK

Constant air volume regulator, model RCQK is a rectangular constant volume regulator for supply or return air. Self regulating independently of system pressure. Casing and damper manufactured from galvanised sheet steel.Provides the required flow rate with high accuracy, easily adjustable to any other volume requires on site.

Minimum required inlet pressure of 50 Pa.

Can be installed horizontally or vertically.

It can incorporate thermo-acoustic external insulation thickness of 50 mm (RCQK-D).

Available as standard from size 200×100 to 600×600 adjusting air volumes of 170 to 11600 m3/h.
