The SKW-WHP energy recovery units are constructed in two solutions, horizontal inline flat construction, stacked unit construction in U-inlet out let. The inline flat solution allows the unit to be less visible for on the roof or in the attic solution. The superposed compact unit has extract and exhust air on the same side which allows the unit to be shorter in length and have a smaller foot print in the mechanical ventilation room.
Both solutions consists of a plug fan with an EC motor, a water recovery coil designed for airflows for high recovery efficiency, ePM1 65% bag filters and a motorised shutoff damper with spring return actuator.
Compressor section is inverter driven for high efficiency and alllowing best working point at any stage of ectract air to water production cycle. Including a circulation pump to be connected to the buffer tank managed through the controller.
The unit casing is TUV tested as T2/TB2/L1/D1/F9/C4 tested and certified with 55 mm insulated panels and adjustable feet to simlify the installation. The access doors to the unit are lockable with hinges and handles for added security.
All units are tested and pre-programmed with an easy to use plug & play controller. The controllers can be remotely supervised through a web portal by a connection through intranet cable directly to the device. The controller manages automatically the electrical heater in the buffer tank for the weekly abc cycle
The unit’s casing is designed for either an indoor mounting or, with a protective roof, for outdoor mounting.
High energy savings
By designing the unit with A21/W35, A21/W45 or A21/W55, the exhaust air temperature can be reduced by up to 3°C for high heating capacity, or by up to 8-10°C for SCOP values above 4 for a cold climate.
The compact SKW-WHP-VIR units are available in 4 sizes with single or double heat pumps covering 1000 to 7’000 m3/h with an operating pressure of 300Pa. Other operating points are available on request.
The inline SKW-WHP-HIR air extract units are available in many sizes and capacities with single or double heat pumps covering 1000 to 10’000 m3/h with an operating pressure of 300Pa. Other operating points are available on request.
